1.1. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how personal data submitted through the contact form on reconversia.com ("Site") is collected and used.

1.2. The Site is operated by the Reconvercia Group team. A legal entity responsible for data processing in connection with the Site is currently in the process of being formed. Until registration of that entity is completed, the functions of data controller are carried out by the Reconvercia Group team, contactable via the email address specified in Section 6 of this Policy. Upon completion of the entity’s registration, the rights and obligations of data controller will transfer to that entity, and users will be informed of this transfer through an updated version of this Policy.

2. What data we collect

2.1. When you complete the contact form on the Site, we collect:

• your name (if provided);
• your email address;
• any other contact information you provided;
• and the content of your message.

2.2. We do not collect any other personal data through the Site. The Site does not currently process payments, and no payment data is collected.

3. Purpose of processing

3.1. The data described in Section 2 is used solely to review your inquiry and respond to it.

4. Legal basis for processing

4.1. We process the data described in Section 2 on the basis of your consent, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the contact form, and, to the extent necessary to handle your specific inquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us.

4.2. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, by contacting us at the email address in Section 6.

5. Storage and disclosure

5.1. Data submitted through the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to review your inquiry and maintain a record of the correspondence, and is not disclosed to third parties except where required by applicable law.

5.2. In providing the Site and processing your inquiries, we may use third-party service providers (including email and, where applicable, workflow-automation and messaging tools) that may store or process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this is the case, we rely on the relevant safeguards offered by such providers, or take other reasonable measures to protect your data appropriately.
